The Project

TigerBites / In Route a smart meal guide application that offers tiger customers the perfect meal selection in their next trip, saving time and money. Following the strategic repositioning of the business and the design of a stylish new brand identity. I began working on Tiger bite’ app. The brief was to create an experience that would showcase the food selection tiger offers during their flights.

My Role

As a UI/UX and visual designer I led the design process end-to-end working directly with the creative director and alongside the UX Designer, supporting them in the early stages of the design process all the way to development stage.

The Process

I took the sitemap and mapped them into a comprehensive journey flow to get an overall experience. Once the basics were defined, I began by deconstructing each on the insights and user stories features in order to understand the different screens that needed to be designed and documented into wireframes.

Once we had defined all the site architecture and wireframes, I began to create the core design with some of the most critical screens following by the final visual designs would be the guide for developers when building the app.

Outcome

The hybrid application accurately reflected the premium positioning of Tiger brand with a beautiful yet highly functional app aimed at tiger’s flyers. With an interactive menu selection option, a balanced, clean and stylish interface design with reliable functionality and easy and straightforward user experience where the user can select their favorite meal, save to their favorites or and quickly pay for it any time before taking their flights.
